Modi`s itinerary next week |
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s upcoming foreign trip itinerary includes going to five countries over six days, starting June 3. He has scheduled as many as 40 official engagements during this trip. Naturally, then, he will be in some of these countries for just a few hours, despite which he`s packed each of his trips with chock-a-block meetings with heads of state and business leaders. Aside from the all-important address to the US Congress, a big agenda for the PM on this trip is to meet with the Swiss and Mexican government to pitch for them to allow India into the elite Nuclear Suppliers Group . The two countries are concerned about nuclear proliferation, even as Pakistan and China actively do not want India to be part of the group.
