Modi talks tough before France visit |
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is talking tough before his first visit to France on April 10. India refuses to ink the mega $20 billion MMRCA (medium multi-role combat aircraft) project to acquire 126 fighters till France agrees to stick to its original pricing. India put forth its bottom line as the final negotiated price with French aviation major Dassault. Also, Modi set the tone for India`s stand on climate change ahead of multiple rounds of negotiations in the run-up to final Paris talks. Modi said the developed world should allow India to import nuclear fuel to produce clean energy instead of `lecturing` the country on low-carbon growth path.
