The first poster of `Toilet: Ek Prem Katha` depicted a group of women carrying “lota” in their hands, apparently on their way to open defecation. The makers then followed it with posters flaunting the star`s presence. Akshay shared the new posters. He plays the lead role in `Toilet: EK Prem Katha`. Gearing up for the launch of the trailer of his ambitious project - Toilet Ek Prem Katha - Akshay Kumar shared new posters from the film. While the first poster showed Akshay holding a lota and a lantern, the second one showed him dressed as a groom and a tagline on the poster read - “No toilet, no bride”. `Toilet Ek Prem Katha` is based on the subject of sanitation and the need to have a toilet in every household in order to reduce health issues among women and children. The film emphasises on the importance of toilets in rural areas.Recently, the National-award winning actor Akshay met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and shared the theme and title of the movie, which reportedly made the latter smile. The movie`s stars - Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar are all set to start promotions for the movie. Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the film is scheduled for release on August 11.
